Inventory Department Head (Batam Vacancy)

Qualification
- Minimum 30 years old
- Graduated from technical background.
- Good Knowledge the supply chain management and Inventory Control
- Min 8 years exp in Inventory Management for Oil and Gas Industry (Engineering, EPC, Oil Tool and Consultant)
- Experience in OCTG Company
- Write and read in English fluently
- Proficiency on Chinese language will be preferable
- Computer literate in Excel is must

Job responsible
- Management of Inventory team:
- set and meet goals to ensure internal manufacturing requirements are met. Leads, motivate and train them in execution of their duties
- Develop effective procedure to streamline inventory process in line with manufacturing and accounting needs
- Leverage capital equipment in-house expertise to maximize utilization.
- Perform up-front planning and develop appropriate MSS and MOQ to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Ensure Inspection and verification conducted and ensure accuracy of In-Coming and Out-Going delivery.
- Stock Control with proper labeling, identification and handling with proper traceability and retrievability of goods and documentation.
- Establish upfront planning, to ensure proper material planning with vendors in order to achieve just-in-time delivery and continuously improving customer Promise Kept
- Having knowledge of ERP Mgmt in Purchasing Function
- Ensure procedures are in place to support compliance to ISO/ API Quality Management System and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirement.

Job Duties
- To perform physical inspection activities on ALL receiving and out-going materials.
- Department coordination and proper scheduling of material to Production
- Proper maintenance on inventory/stock control with proper identification
- with relevant documents i.e. Shipping documents, Tally sheet, DO / PO,
- Provide proper documentation control for Mill Cert, Filing and with traceability records to all heat lot, etc
- Perform monthly / quarterly and Annually stock count to ensuring the Store and Warehouse inventories are clear and accurate.
- Periodically conduct stock audit to ensure the inventories are maintain at set target.
- Implement proper storage with proper identification for every parts/materials.
- Up-Front preparation of Materials to support production need.
- Ensure work place and storage area are with 5S house keeping.
