IT Helpdesk Officer – SURABAYA
To provide technical assistance resolution on-call via electronic medium and ensure that the problems are dealt with promptly and appropriately according to standard procedures
Key Accountabilities :
Respond to request for assistance by providing response to enable users to solve their problems or by forwarding details to IT Support Technician while ensure that request are properly logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner
Prepare accurate activity reports and services interaction on IT assistance request as well as maintain the records in filing system
Requirements :
Education: A bachelor’s degree in in the field of computer science, information systems or related fields
Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Outlook and Exchange, Patch Management, Anti Virus
Experiences: One to three years experience as a IT support staff or other IT operations
