IT Helpdesk

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day servers and network operations
Taking escalation from Helpdesk
Technology and product evaluation
Enforce IT Security policy

Requirements:

Min 2-4 years of experience in Window Server administration and troubleshooting
Min Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Must be able to identify issue and provide resolution within reasonable time frame
Working knowledge in RedHat Enterprise 4.0, Windows 2003 and 2008 R2, Active Directory (Multiple Sites), DNS, DHCP, SQL 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2007, VM Ware ESXi, VM Ware VCenter, VM Ware VSphere, Networking (Cisco) and IPSEC VPN
Strong Experience in Firewall, SQL Database maintenance, Symantec Backup Exec, Apache or IIS web server, Window policies, Terminal service, Microsoft Exchange High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solution
Experiece in handling iSCSI SAN, Cisco Router and HP SolidWorks backup solution is an advantage
Must be a team player, able to do own research and be independent in executing work related jobs
